1/11th S.F.G. (ABN) is re-activated on February 3rd, 2007 in support of “humane effort” at Fort Detrick, Md. The mission was called “bug swatter”. Group was given carte banc with a P1 (Priority one) rating for the supply channels that rivaled higher than RDF (Rapid Deployment force), any order given was to be filled within less than 12 hours.

Supply Centers & all U.S. Depots were called into their highest readiness levels,

Marine Corps & Army - Active Duty for Training (ADT), and additional Annual Training (AT),
Navy - Active Duty for Special Work (ADSW)
Air Force - Air Force Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA)

billets ued by any AFSC, MOS or NEC rating to get the job done. All enlisted and medical branches are currently at stop –loss. Medical branch officers, Medical Battalions (Reserve & National Guard) are included as well as 01H (Biological Research Assistant) units (planning time) are called into support the various camps that are to be built later on down the road.
( St. Teresa Camp) near NAS FALLON / NELLIS AFB which is located in beautiful downtown LOST WAGES, NV.

The Navy / marine corps reserve base building becomes the redeployment staging base (RSB) at NAS FALLON / NELLIS AFB- LAS VEGAS, NV, served as a convoy support and redeployment staging area for troops moving from LV,NV to Camp Teresa, NV. The RSB was directed by Task Force Pershing, which received guidance and supply support from Task Force NOBLE Eagle in PENTAGON, Washington, D.C. and served a midway point for deploying and redeploying convoys.
The Intermediate Staging Base (ISB) in LV,NV was the first operation most soldiers saw as they deployed. The ISB was designed to serve as an intermediate stopover for soldiers deploying downrange to Camp Teresa. The operation consisted of Nellis Air Bases, Goddard Barracks, and Fallon Air Base. Deploying soldiers went through the ISB at Nellis Air Base in the life support area (Tent city in the desert) . Ft. Irwin, Ca served as a logistic operation and housed many of the permanent party. Ft. Irwin, Ca was used for rotary-wing operations and maintenance. Soldiers arrived by bus, plane, and train to Nellis. They were housed in fest tents and GP medium tents, matched up with their equipment, provided ammunition, and moved downrange to Camp Teresa.
There was a second staging base set up in Barstow, Ca, with many of the same operations as in Nellis. From Ft. Irwin, Ca, soldiers went to their base camp (Camp Teresa). In some cases, soldiers went to the desert which later became base camps.
The RSB processed any and all branches of service to include DOT (independent contractors)The RSB was run by reserve component units, activated to manage the RSOI (Reception, Staging, and Onward Integration) of units deploying to Camp Teresa. Nothing happens at the RSB, except that units get tied up there for several days on their way in or out of the theater of operations. The compound is small, and was located in the industrial section of Nellis AFB, NV. The dining facility was air-conditioned, and the RSB boasted a Mini mall, Popeye’s Chicken, Mc Donald’s and a sandwich shop.
